We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Complaints Handler to support our construction team. * Receive, log, and manage customer complaints in a timely manner * Resolves stage 1 and stage 2 complaints * Monitor complaints through to resolution, ensuring deadlines are met * Ensure all complaints are handled in line with company procedures and industry standards - Location- Kingston - Salary Up to £34k - Responsibilities * Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customers * Keep accurate records of all communication and actions taken * Identify recurring issues and escalate where necessary * Apply correct SOR codes to works completed and ensure accuracy * Liaise with contractors to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies * Monitor and track invoice approvals and payment progress * Maintain accurate records on repairs and finance systems
