The Finance Assistant will administer the operations around client fees - reviewing and oversight of predominantly quarterly client fee process, overseeing fee set up performed by client services, calculate manual fees in relation to account opening/closing, rate changes and various corrections, monitor and process general client fee related CRM requests and queries received in Fees Inbox. The Finance Assistant will lead or assist with any fee related initiatives, assist with Avaloq testing and development, identify fee process automation and improvement opportunities and assist with their implementation, regular review of Finance fee procedures, general ad hoc and project work and auditors requests as and when required
