Senior Change Delivery Manager, VP

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Change Delivery Manager for one of the world's largest financial institutions. It is the largest brokerage in the world and leading provider of global corporate and investment banking services, including commercial lending, global high-yield debt, global equity and global M&A.

The Quality and Change Delivery Manager role sits within a Global Quality and Change Delivery group which supports high priority, complex change initiatives as well as process improvement initiatives impacting both internal and external bank customers and suppliers, using a variety of toolsets such as Six Sigma and Lean Engineering.

This role will play a key part in the Global Records Management Implementation, where you will be responsible for analysing current state environment, proposing target environment, assessing gaps, building and documenting requirements and driving the implementation of solutions to enable a new target state for the protection and disposition of hard copy bank, associate, shareholder and supplier records globally.

As a Quality and Change Delivery Manager, it is your role to translate strategies into specific goals, tactics and action plans. You will also have direct management responsibility for a team of global associates and indirect responsibility for resources through a matrix project team structure.

Our client is looking for someone with a track record of delivery and the ability to drive, implement, and control change and process improvement initiatives in a dynamic and global environment. They also need someone who can build cross-functional collaborative teams and foster partnerships outside of the team. The successful individual must have client facing skills, communicate effectively (both written and verbal), be able to work independently as well as with a global team under minimal supervision and general guidance from leadership.

Project / Change management experience and process improvement skills within a financial services environment are critical for this role, ideally combined with Six Sigma and/or methodologies and tools such as PRINCE2.
