As a result of continued growth, we are currently looking to fill a number of key roles. We are currently looking for 3 Junior Insurance Business Analysts to join our team.

As a business analyst, you'll work closely with internal and/or external clients, project managers, technical architects, conversion analysts and business stakeholders to shape future operational and technical solutions. You'll help clients investigate potential benefits of change, define and document new ways of working, capture and analyse detailed functional requirements and support clients through implementation. Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following:

* General Insurance
* Reinsurance
* Lloyds Syndicates
* London Market

In addition, candidates should possess:

* Excellent customer facing skills
* Team lead experience
* High levels of initiative and motivation
