INSURANCE TELESALES OPERATIVE

An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, vibrant and highly successful independent Insurance broker who are currently looking for a number of experienced and highly motivated telesales operatives to join their expanding team.

You will be dealing with a variety of general Insurance products, making a high volume of calls per day to a mixture of warm and cold leads.

Previous Insurance experience would be helpful but this is not essential as the priority is for successful candidates to show a strong aptitude for sales with a proven track record that will be demonstrated on your CV.

You will have an excellent telephone manner, be very confident and friendly with a real drive to succeed and meet your targets on a regular basis.

Basis salary of between £12,500 to £14,500 with generous bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets, the on target earnings for this role are around £19,000, this is uncapped however.

Hours of work are either 10-7pm or 9-5.30pm subject to rota and resource requirements.
