Your excellent technical abilities and expertise in the area of Commercial Insurance will enable you to successfully work alongside Client Managers in providing a high level, professional service to clients.

You will be dealing with major clients within Aon and therefore proven experience in dealing with major Global clients in a previous role is desirable.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
1. To work with Client Managers to ensure the highest level of service and technical advice to each assigned Client in line with the agreed SoSA and Service Plan
2. Comply with regulatory and other standards as directed by line management including the creation of accurate and timely policy document, premium invoicing and debiting
3. Identify improvements in Client risk and insurance programme design and make recommendations to the Client Management team on actions necessary to achieve this
4. In accordance with the National Broking Strategy, negotiate renewal terms, mid term adjustments and cover extensions
5. Identify revenue development opportunities on allocated Client accounts and make recommendations to Client Managers
6. Professionally represent Aon, demonstrating an understanding of Corporate objectives. A team player who strives for continued personal development
7. Effective working relationships with other Aon specialist areas of business
