FX Spot and Treasury Middle Office Team Leader

Our client has an exciting opportunity to lead a team in charge of the support provided to the Front Office for Treasury and FX Spot desks.

Responsibilities will include:
* Assist the Head of FX MO Support in the day to day management of the team you will be leading.
* Update / review processes in order to mitigate the operational risk with the Head of the MO FX Support.
* Make sure that the procedures implemented are properly followed in a day to day basis.
* Checking of all Reuters conversations for the trading desks you are supporting.
* Investigations and resolution of all breaks coming from other departments.
* Carrying amendments in FO position keeping systems.
* Producing different reports to help monitoring the operational risk.
The successful candidate will have strong FX Middle Office experience, good knowledge of capital markets processes, and will be educated to BA level in a finance/business related subject. FX Middle Office management experience would be desirable as would excellent Excel skills.
