Business Analyst/Business Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the finance team of one of the UK's market leaders in insurance.

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager your main responsibilities will include: Project management of workstreams, The management of a dedicated team and non-dedicated staff.
Creating and maintaining project documentation to include plans and progress reports.
Hands on involvement in development of process maps, procedures and forms
Designing and implementation required changes through structured approaches and tools and
liaising with and influencing various stakeholders.

The ideal Project Manager/ Business Analyst will be hands on and energetic .With at least 2 years Insurance industry experience or equivalent. You will have an excellent analytical approach to problem solving including, interviewing, creativity and process mapping and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
