Analytics Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
In this key role as Analytics Team Lead role you will provide insight through financial and non-financial analysis, reviewing business decisions against the firms strategy, coordinating the budgeting, business planning and forecasting, as well as understanding and articulating costs and drivers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute towards the strategic planning process while reviewing decisions against strategy.

You will:
Assign and manage workloads in team and provide expertise to team members
Understand book of work and be responsible for sign-off on final output
Work closely with Finance Director/manager and other senior stakeholders to meet analysis needs that add value to shareholder
Provide Financial and Non Financial Analysis through development of key financial ratios
Provide decision support and analyse business decisions
Develop Business KPIs and monitor their development
Establish standard framework for decision making by liaising with your business partners
Conduct market analysis for budgeting, planning and forecasting
Contribute towards the strategic Planning process
Benchmark against competitors for cost analytics purposes

You will have:
Knowledge in the markets in which Deutsche Bank operates
Robust organisation and team leadership skills
Ability to think strategically with realisation
Experience of financial and control Leadership
Flexible approach with adaptability and innovation

You will be:
A strong Team Leader/Manager with the ability to lead, manage and motivate
Degree or equivalent
